Enhanced supplier verification above AED 375,000
When supplies received from a supplier exceed AED 375,000 over the previous 12 months, or are expected to exceed that amount over the next 12 months, Decision 13 adds bank-account confirmation and review of reliable public information. Review available client recommendations, public reviews and media coverage for consistency with the nature and size of the supplier's business and possible tax-evasion indicators.

Retain the evidence reviewed, the reasoning applied and who implemented, reviewed and supervised the procedure.
