Finance evidence readiness
Find input VAT associated with incomplete Decision 13 evidence
Einvoi can total the VAT amounts already recorded in imported accounting data for in-scope transactions whose evidence set supplied to the scanner is incomplete. The amount is a prioritisation signal only: it is not a decision that input VAT is lost, disallowed, deductible or recoverable.

Use the recorded VAT amount, not an estimate
The scanner reads the actual VAT value from the accounting export and associates it only with transactions that the rules place in scope and whose supplied evidence fields are incomplete.
- No purchase value × 5% calculation
- No conclusion about deductibility or recoverability
- Unknown or unmapped VAT remains unknown
From records to a review queue
A narrow, explainable calculation
Each step is visible so a finance reviewer can trace the readiness signal back to the data fields used.
- 01
Import the recorded amount
Map the VAT amount already present in the CSV or XLSX accounting record, using integer minor units internally.
- 02
Apply scope rules
Group supplier activity and apply the exact Decision 13 thresholds to the structured rows.
- 03
Identify supplied evidence gaps
Keep missing, unavailable and incomplete evidence distinct from a completed review.
- 04
Hand off to a qualified reviewer
Use the amount to prioritise work; the reviewer determines the evidence and tax treatment.
Evidence meaning
What incomplete evidence does — and does not — mean
A readiness finding describes the supplied dataset. It does not replace the underlying records or a professional conclusion.
| The result can say | The result cannot say |
|---|---|
| A required mapped evidence field is missing | The supplier failed verification |
| Recorded VAT is associated with an in-scope row | The VAT will be denied |
| Historical evidence was not supplied | Historical verification never occurred |
| Human review remains required | The final tax position is determined |
Product boundary
Use accounting evidence carefully
Decision 13 concerns verification before input-tax deduction. Einvoi helps organize a limited readiness signal from the fields provided; it does not test every statutory condition, inspect identity or bank documents, or give tax advice.
